Overview of the Feature

The Itemit Hub feature provides users with direct access to helpful resources, updates, support options, and external services related to itemit.
This feature is available to all roles that have access to the web version:

  • Owner

  • Admin

  • Standard

  • VSC

To access Itemit Hub:

  1. Click the light bulb icon in the top-right corner.

  2. The user will be redirected to the /hub page.

The Itemit Hub page is divided into two main sections:

Resources

  • Get Inspired

  • Knowledge Center

  • What's New?

  • Video & Tutorial

  • Purchase Tags

Connect

  • Support

  • Refer Someone

  • Leave a Review


Objectives of Feature

The Itemit Hub feature allows users to:

  • Explore educational and promotional content about itemit.

  • Stay informed about new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

  • Watch tutorials and training materials.

  • Purchase asset tags directly.

  • Contact support via chatbot.

  • Learn about the referral program.

  • Leave reviews and compare itemit with other products.

The main objective of this feature is to centralise helpful content and communication tools in one accessible location within the web application.


How to Use this Feature

How to Access Itemit Hub

  1. In the web version, click the light bulb icon in the top-right corner.

  2. You will be redirected to the /hub page.

Resources Section

Get Inspired
Users can read various articles and may also interact directly with the itemit website (for example, use features such as Book a Demo).
Knowledge Center
Users can learn more about itemit, including:

  • About itemit

  • Using itemit

  • Pricing

  • Other informational pages

What's New?
Users can review the latest:

  • Features

  • Enhancements

  • Bug fixes

Video & Tutorial
Users can:

  • Watch videos directly on the Itemit Hub page.

  • Navigate to YouTube to watch tutorials externally.

Purchase Tags
Users can purchase tags directly from the itemit website.


Connect Section

Support
When clicked, a chatbot window opens.
Users can:

  • Ask questions.

  • Contact support.

Refer Someone
Users can review information about the referral programme.
Leave a Review
When clicked, the user is redirected to Capterra.
On Capterra, users can:

  • Compare products.

  • Review features.

  • Compare pricing.

  • Check ratings and reviews.

  • Leave their own review.


Feature Settings

The Itemit Hub feature does not contain configurable settings.
All available roles with web access (Owner, Admin, Standard, VSC) can view and use all Hub sections.
There are no role-based restrictions within the Hub page itself.
