To help streamline the item-adding process and ensure consistency, you can predefine a set of item names and descriptions that can be added to your workspace. This way, users will be guided to select from these predefined options, rather than typing in their own names or descriptions. It ensures that everything stays organised and aligns with the established templates, making things easier and more efficient for everyone!
From your itemit web portal, click "Settings", and then click "Templates", then enable the toggle. Then click "Manage Templates"
Fill in the names and descriptions you wish to be added, then click "Create Template"
